I am a creative writer, cultural journalist, and historian from Vilnius, Lithuania. I hold a Master's degree in Early Modern History from University College London (first-class honours), and a Bachelor's degree in History from Vilnius University. Previously, I worked as a Communications Coordinator at Church Heritage Museum (Bažnytinio paveldo muziejus) in Vilnius. I specialise in communicating about museum work and cultural history, but I enjoy exploring new territories and sectors.
As a side-project, I explore the linguistic legacy of the humanist Erasmus of Rotterdam in my online Substack publication, "Abuse of Tongue" ("Piktnaudžiavimas Liežuviu"), seeking to find its relevance in today's world.
I write in English and Lithuanian, and am comfortable with creating short-form reviews or posts for social media, as well as longer opinion pieces, essays, press releases, and interviews.
I am a passionate reader and cinephile, eternally addicted to the rush of a good story.
